Returns

In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation) is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods or items with hygiene concerns (e.g., earphones once unsealed).
Custom or made-to-order items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
